Established in November 2018, Neijiang Dongxing paisifico apheresis plasma Co., Ltd. (paisifico apheresis plasma station) is located at No. 77, group 1, Tuanjie village, Beimu Town, Dongxing District, Neijiang City. The plasma station covers an area of 5.77 Mu and a building area of 4619.59 square meters, including 3822.51 square meters for business and 797.08 square meters for administration.
There are six departments in the station, including general office, quality control department, blood source management department, laboratory department, plasma collection department and blood source recruitment department, which can meet the functional requirements of plasma donor recruitment, blood source management, inspection, plasma collection, quality control, plasma storage, raw and auxiliary material inventory management and file management.Clarify the responsibilities and authority of each department and post. The environment of the plasma station is clean and tidy, and the overall layout of plasma collection, inspection, auxiliary and administrative areas, as well as the layout of houses are reasonably set according to the plasma collection process.The work area is divided into control area and non control area, and has obvious identification. Separation of people flow and logistics.The staff channel is separated from the blood donor channel.Separation of cleaning materials and pollutant channels.The flow direction is reasonable and cross pollution is avoided.Plasma collection and testing area, easy to clean and disinfect.There are independent plasma freezer, sewage treatment room, medical waste treatment room and temporary storage room, dual power supply, fire safety and other auxiliary facilities.
There are 7415 qualified blood donors in the station，the computer management system of apheresis plasma was designed and developed by Shenzhen qiaolangcheng Technology Co., Ltd，including face recognition, barcode and fingerprint management technology，cooperate with the blood supply certificate issued by local health administration department to manage blood donors.The professional computer face recognition system is installed, the face of blood donors is input, and through effective ID card verification, photo comparison, face recognition and other methods,prevent fake plasma donors, frequent collection of plasma, excessive collection of plasma and cross regional blood donation are completely eliminated.
Our station has 29 employees now，among them, there were 20 health technicians, accounting for 70.0% of the total number of employees，among the health technical personnel, 6 had intermediate title, accounting for 31.6% of the health technical personnel.The legal representative and main person in charge of the apheresis station have intermediate professional title. All employees have received blood safety and business training assessment, and obtained work license.
